The coffee situation at breakfast? an absolute joke. all coffee machines were busted, forcing everyone to queue for a tiny nespresso machine. like i'm on vacation. i need a proper coffee to kickstart my day, not some thimble-sized espresso. also, the accessibility room i got wasn't exactly what i envisioned. The sink was practically at knee-level. what a joy!

The breakfast buffet offered a lovely large variety. It ranged from classic options to lightweight fare. The location also granted easy access everywhere, particularly given its closeness to the train station.
The room felt a little small for three adults. We had to rearrange furniture to make room for the sofa bed. I noted there was no bed sheet initially provided for the sofa bed.

the fresh options during breakfast brought me so much joy, there was fruits and pastries i tasted. the staff was friendly, they gave a warm welcome each morning. laundry service was free, i washed a dress, it felt great. the gym was easy to access, i loved the treadmill.
the soundproofing needs improvements, i could hear street noises.

The room size felt cramped. THREE people shared a room, BUT space was tight. The breakfast area got too crowded. it was difficult to find a seat some mornings. The coffee tasted weak.

The breakfast was varied and filling. I appreciated the fresh fruit selection. the room featured a convenient kitchenette fully stocked with utensils. the accessibility to nearby restaurants made dining out effortless.
The hallway carpets could benefit from more frequent vacuuming. I noticed some lingering crumbs.

Mixed experience, some issues with the room
small roombroken sofa
The room I booked was MUCH smaller than I expected. A sofa bed was already made up, so there was nowhere comfortable to sit. I had to call staff to put it away since I couldn't manage it alone. It seemed like the sofa bed was broken underneath. The walls in the kitchenette were also dirty, a DETAIL I did not appreciate.
